• You must provide accurate information at registration — false details will result in account closure
• Each person may hold only one account
• Only one account is permitted per device or IP address
• Only one account may be created per mobile number
• After registration, email or SMS verification will be required

Multiple members of the same household may register separate accounts, provided they each use a different ID and mobile number, and JackpotBetmust be notified in advance.

For security and fraud prevention purposes JackpotBet Manages the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Identity verification is mandatory in the following cases:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once — on your first deposit
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first

• If bonus abuse (including arbitrage betting or hedging) is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided

The following rules apply when participating in Sports Betting and casino games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (exceptions apply for live betting)

• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be refunded (subject to applicable rules)
• If a software error in a casino game is proven JackpotBet may cancel the round
• Maximum win limits are specified in the rules of each individual game or event
• For any betting-related disputes JackpotBet's decision is final

Any of the following activities JackpotBetStrictly prohibited on:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Selling or transferring an account to another person
• Arbitrage Betting That Harms the Platform
• Using fraudulent payment information
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Threatening or harassing other members

To close your account yourself, contact support or do it through your settings. Make sure to withdraw any remaining valid balance beforehand.

JackpotBet Reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms and Conditions are violated
• If an account is opened using false information
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• If KYC verification fails
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority

Any valid balance will be returned before account closure; however, if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may not be refunded.
